Financial: booking
  1. All bookings are to be made in full.
  2. All bookings should be made on HPOM show application forms. Cheques are to be payable to HPOM.
  3. All cancellations must be in writing. If you cancel a show for whatever reason within four weeks of the show date, 50% of the total cost will be refunded.

Confirmation

On receipt of your payment we will acknowledge your booking with an invoice. This will be your acknowledgement of your booking.

Unloading and packing away

Unloading will be from 7.00am one day prior to the advertised opening times and from 6.00am on the day of the event. It is forbidden to pack away before advertised closing time, normally 5pm.

Vehicle movement

There will be no vehicle movement allowed for stall holders and clubs from 9.30am-5.00pm on show day.

Reinstatement

It is the responsibility of each individual stall-holder to reinstate their area to its original condition.

Catering

The scale of all refreshments will be strictly limited to those authorised by the organisers. The company reserve the right to ask any stand to leave for whatever reason.

Insurance

HPOM carry comprehensive Public Liability Insurance to cover for which we are legally liable. We would strongly advise exhibitors to adequately insure themselves for:

  1. Public Liability
  2. Fire & Theft
  3. Damage

Responsibility of exhibitors

Exhibitors are responsible for the safety (including fire precautions) of their stands and are advised to insure against fire damage to their own and other property and also to insure for Third Party Liability and Theft. The exhibitor shall assume full responsibility for any article or objects of any kind, exhibited by them, including liability, indemnify Broadlands against all claims, damages or expenses arising in any way out of the presence of the exhibitor, his staff or his exhibits at the Event. Acceptance of these provisions shall be condition of entry.

Disclaimer of liability

HPOM shall not in any way be responsible for:-

  1. Any claim for compensation or otherwise in regard to the holding of or for anything arising out of or in connection with the event
  2. Any accident that may occur or for the death, injury, disease or loss arising
  3. Any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the abandonment, cancellation of any show, and any such eventuality

Type of goods

All goods on display must be of a quality and be compatible to the general aims of a Motor Show.

A speed limit of 5mph must be observed on the pageant site. All persons who drive a motor vehicle on the site must hold a valid full driving licence and be insured against third party liability.

Each stall rent includes entry to the event for one vehicle and admission for two adults and two children. Extra adult passes can be purchased for £5.00 and children are £2, 12 years and under.

No vehicles to be parked at any stand unless arranged with the organiser.

Camping for Traders is free of charge.
